I started Toribio Acquisitions with the goal of acquiring a small business to own, operate, and grow. Simply stated, my focus is on creating long-term value for the company, its employees, and the community. In close partnership with the current owner, I aim to ensure a smooth transition that preserves the business’s legacy and positions it for continued success.

Business Attributes

I’m looking to acquire a well-established service business with a proven track record of profitability. My approach is focused on businesses in the home services industry with strong fundamentals that I can build upon after assuming ownership. I’m primarily interested in businesses with the following characteristics:

• Based in the Chicagoland area

• Annual revenue between approximately $3 million and $15 million

• At least five years of operating history
